Ott Equipment Service, Inc., started out as a service-oriented company in 1980, out of the garage of co-founder, Jack Ott. As the industry grew, we expanded and began selling, servicing, and installing automotive equipment all over Indiana. Ott Equipment Service is now a woman-owned business owned by Jack’s daughter, Alicia Hughes, and her husband, Robert Hughes.

Thanks to our growing customer base, we have been in business for over 40 years, and are proud to be one of the largest automotive equipment distributors in the states of Indiana and Ohio.

  • How do I get my lift installed?

Ott Equipment Service is an Authorized Installer for Rotary Lifts. Our Construction Manager will measure your ceiling height and check the concrete requirements for your light-duty lift, we’ll then provide an estimate and our crew will get your lift installed on a day that works best for you.

  • What kind of maintenance does a two-post lift need?

There are weekly and monthly tasks to ensure your lift stays in the best shape. Let us know if you’d like a copy of a full checklist. Ott Equipment Service also offers ALI Certified inspections, which we recommend annually, and has a team of Service Technicians to service your lift to get you up and running as soon as possible.

  • Do you relocate existing lifts?

Relocating an existing lift is often possible. Our Construction Manager will be able to verify if your equipment can be relocated within your space. Give us a call today to book an appointment.
